To get started with Elevate Driving Lessons Nottingham and Derby:

Driving is a complex skill, with the demands of today's Driving Test extremely challenging. Fortunately, Elevate Driving School have a team of Driving Instructors in Nottingham and Derby, providing Driving Lessons in Nottingham and Derby that we believe are second to none, who have all been hand picked from other Driving Schools  our Driving Instructors will be able to guide you through the process.

After starting your Driving Lessons our Driving Instructors may advise you to revise and attempt your Theory Test at a DSA center in Nottingham or Derby. To pass this Test you must show that you have a good knowledge of the highway code and can handle different driving hazards.Usually Driving Lessons and Theory training can compliment each other

Your Elevate Driving Instructors can advise and support you through this process in conjunction with your Driving lessons.

How many Driving lessons you will need depends on the individuals aptitude for the practicalities of driving and on the pupils ability to retain information. Fortunately our Driving Instructors will monitor and record your progress. This enables both pupil and our Elevate Driving Instructors to highlight strengths as well as weaknesses.
 

Before you begin your Driving Lessons  with one of our Driving Instructors you must produce, either a signed 'old style' provisional paper licence or the modern photo card licence. In some cases we may also need a passport or photo ID to support your 'old style' licence ... (visit your Post Office for a D1 form)

Eyesight: 

Whether with or without visual aid, you must be able to read a vehicle registration plate from a distance of 67 feet (20.5 metres)

Medication/Health:

If you are currently taking any medication, please check with your Doctor if you are allowed to drive.

Intensive Courses

Also known as 'Crash Courses' are the quickest way to get to test standard. We have a variety of Driver Training Intensive Options available depending on the outcome of your 90 minute assessment. If you wish to reach Test Standard in 1 week for example, 1 of our Specialist Driving Instructors in Nottingham can cater for your need.

Guaranteed Pass Course:

Very few Driving Schools offer this option, as the onus is completely on the Driving Instructors to get the pupil through .. This is not an Intensive Course of Driving Lessons or a Crash Course of Driving Lessons. We Guarantee a Pass with this option. To date all our customers have passed either 1st or 2nd attempt. With an Intensive or Crash Course option the emphasis is on the pupil to pass which is the preferred option for many Driving Schools. Our Driving Instructors  are confident enough to go a step further and offer the Guaranteed Pass Option.
